  • when you get error messages during import, analysis, clean-up or when opening a file in the translation editor
  • if you need help to assess the translatability of a document or file format or if you need to know what elements in the file could cause problems during translation
  • when you need to prepare files for translation (creation of an INI settings file for XML files, saving files to translatable formats like TTX, SDLXLIFF, memoQ...)

Support Conditions

CasePriceDescription
flat fee15 EuroThe flat fee applies for support questions that we can answer within up to 20 minutes.
time-based60 Euro / hourWhen the support case includes working on files or testing different settings that takes longer than 20 minutes, we will invoice you for the actual time needed to answer the question. If we can assume that the answer will take longer than an hour, we will contact you, so that you can let us know how much time we should invest into the case.

Informationen accompanying the support request In order to speed up the whole process, we kindly ask you to send us screenshots of error messages or the problematic files directly. We guarantee that your files will only be used for answering your request. At no time will a third party have access to your files.

Response time We will endeavor to send you an answer as quickly as possible, usually within 1 working day. We will work on the requests in the sequence that we receive them, but you will get an answer within 2 working days at the least.

Invoicing You will receive an invoice from us at the end of each quarter (or at other intervals, for example monthly, if you wish) with a list of your support cases. Payments can then be made either by Paypal or by wire transfer.
