1997 to 2000 TRADOS Training und Support Specialist for Microsoft localization projects, in Tokyo, Japan and Seattle, USA.

Since 2000 freelance consultant and trainer for translation tools and translation related processes.

Verena Isele

Support - Training

Degree in translation from the Department of Oriental Languages at the University of Bonn, Germany in Japanese, French and art history.

Internship at zaac - Anglika Zerfass from July 2007, part-time employee since 2009.

Since 2011, full-time employee at zaac – Angelika Zerfaß, responsible for support, training material and basic training sessions.

BA in "Multilingual Communication" at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, language combination English/French.

MA in "Terminology and Language Technology" at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences. Thesis on Creation and Usage of a terminology solution at the language service department of the Forschungszentrum Jülich (Jülich Research Center).

Internship at Olympus Soft Imaging Solutions in Münster with focus on terminology management in documentation and software localization.

Freelance terminologist beginning with 2011, since April 2012 responsible for terminology management and support at zaac - Angelika Zerfass.
